Plain summary: Cancel Pro yourself in PayPal any time — it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. If PricePulse didn’t work for you and you contact us within 14 days of a charge, we’ll refund it. If our service was broken, we’ll refund it whenever it happened.
This policy applies to PricePulse Pro subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service. PricePulse is operated by Venkata Suresh Annapureddy, trading as Zentrix Technologies, Chennai, India.
01 The Free plan
The Free plan costs nothing and requires no card, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling the extension.
02 Cancelling Pro
PricePulse Pro is a recurring PayPal subscription of US$9 per month. You can cancel it yourself at any time from your PayPal account, under Payments → Automatic Payments. You do not need to email us, and there is no retention process or cancellation fee.
When you cancel:
- Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- After that, the extension switches itself back to the Free plan automatically.
- Your tracked pages and confirmed prices remain on your own device, untouched.
- You are not charged again.
If you cancel and later want Pro back, simply subscribe again and activate the new licence key.
03 14-day refund on a charge
If PricePulse isn’t right for you, email info@zentrixtech.in within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full. You do not need to justify the request — “it isn’t what I needed” is a complete reason.
This applies to any monthly charge, not only your first, so a renewal you didn’t intend is covered too.
04 If the service didn’t work
The 14-day window is a convenience, not a limit on your rights. If PricePulse failed to deliver what we advertised — for example our backend was unavailable for an extended period, or a Pro feature you were paying for did not function — tell us and we will refund the affected period regardless of how long ago it was.
We would rather refund a month than have you pay for something that wasn’t working.
05 What isn’t refundable
To be straightforward about the edges:
- Periods you actively used the service and were satisfied with, requested more than 14 days later, where there was no fault on our side.
- A specific third-party website becoming unreadable because that site changed, started blocking automated requests, or moved its pricing behind a login. We will always try to help, but we do not control other people’s websites.
- Charges on an account where the licence was resold or shared in breach of our Terms of Service.
If you think one of these has been applied unfairly to your situation, write to us and say so. We would rather look at it again than lose the goodwill.
06 How to request a refund
Email info@zentrixtech.in from the address on your subscription, telling us which charge you want refunded and roughly what went wrong. That is all we need — there is no form.
We aim to reply within 2 business days and to process approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds return to the original PayPal payment method. How quickly the money appears then depends on PayPal and your bank, typically a few working days.
07 Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please email us before raising a PayPal dispute. Nearly everything is resolved faster directly, and a dispute locks the funds while PayPal investigates, which helps neither of us. We have never refused a reasonable refund request.
08 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top will change. The version in force when you were charged is the one that applies to that charge.
