These Terms govern the "StayElite Founding Partner" offer sold by Zentrix Technologies ("we", "us"). By reserving a seat or making payment, you ("Partner") agree to these Terms.
The Founding Partner price is ₹49,000 (regular price ₹75,000), payable as ₹25,000 to reserve your seat and ₹24,000 on go-live. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Domain registration, hosting renewal (after any included period), and third-party costs are the Partner's responsibility unless separately agreed in writing.
The Partner owns their customer relationships and the data in their private database. Zentrix Technologies retains ownership of the underlying StayElite software, source code, and platform, which is licensed — not sold — to the Partner for use as described in this agreement.
In exchange for the discounted Founding Partner price, the Partner agrees to be featured as a case study (brand name, general results, and testimonial) once their platform is operational, used for promotional purposes by Zentrix Technologies. Specific figures shared publicly will be agreed with the Partner in advance.
One month of support is included from go-live. After that, ongoing support, changes or new features are available under a separate paid support plan, details of which will be shared at the time.
Cancellation and refund terms are set out separately in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Zentrix Technologies' liability in connection with this offer is limited to the fees paid by the Partner. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of anticipated profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
